Deposits
Please note that your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. Accommodation will not be confirmed until a deposit of one night's tariff is received. This deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and will be credited to your room account.
Cancellations
No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 10 April 2010.
Early Arrival
Some international flights arrive in Sydney in the very early morning. As check-in is not until 1500 it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Although hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrival, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day's tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the secretariat on the registration form so that we can notify the hotel that your room is pre-registered.
Late Arrival
Please indicate if you will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours. Failure to do so might result in your room being released.
Change of Booking
Any change in booking must be made in writing to the congress secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. Charges will apply to any accommodation changes after 10 April 2010. A fee of A$25 per change will apply. Please send your changes in writing to info@oceans10ieeesydney.org
Family Accommodation and Child Minding Facilities
The apartments are more spacious than standard hotel accommodation as they have a separate living and kitchen area. Please contact the hotel concierge for baby-sitting services.
Group Accommodation Bookings
The congress secretariat offers organisations the opportunity to contract 10 or more rooms for the Congress. This reservation requires a contract to be signed by ICMS Australasia and your organisation.
